    Need A Lift Accessible Van Rentals, LLC offers a fleet of wheelchair accessible vans available for rental. Whether you need a wheelchair accessible van for a weekend or a month, we can provide:

    • Minivans with lowered floors, side or rear entry
    • Convenient delivery and pick-up service available (see delivery charges below)

    We are currently serving Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas. We offer a modern high quality fleet of accessible vans for you to rent.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations are permitted prior to 7 days from the date of the rental. Cancellations after 7 days will be charged the deposit, unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.

    Rental Requirements

    • Minimum Driver age of 23 years old
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Proper insurance coverage (comprehensive collision coverage which includes coverage for driving a rental vehicle that is equipped with an aftermarket conversion)
    • Valid Credit Card

    Rental Deposit

    A one day deposit is required to confirm reservation and hold the vehicle. Visa, Discover or MasterCard will be accepted for the deposit.

    Delivery Charges

    Delivery is available to the Harrisburg Airport and surrounding areas of Pennsylvania with delivery costs differing by location. Harrisburg INT pickup and delivery fees are $100.00 each way.
    Charges will vary depending on location, so please call for a specific quote.

    Fuel Charges

    Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas and should be returned with a full tank. Any vehicle returned short of a full tank will result in a charge for the cost of filling the tank, plus a refueling surcharge of $50.00.
